Dubb Spot Records Compilation Submission Form

Thanks for your interest in submitting to our compilation release titled “Underground Sound” We are very proud of this project we are putting together and even more proud that you decided to join us. Please complete the following information and be sure to fill out each area.

The following items is what’s included in any of our compilation series:

  • Streaming and promotion throughout all of our music, radio stations, bloggers, labels, managers, and various other industry contacts

  • Social Media promotion and online promotion through Myspace, Facebook, Twitter and dubbspotrecords.com

  • Mastering and/or remastering of the whole compilation to improve quality and ensure a consistent sound throughout the compilation

  • Exposure via the Dubb Spot Records Artists section on dubbspotrecords.com

Right of Use

I certify that I am a representative for myself and/or group whose music I have provided to Dubb Spot Records as part in the Dubb Spot Records compilation cd titles “Underground Sound” project.

I certify that I have permission to use and distribute the music that I have provided.

I agree that Dubb Spot Records has the right to include my song on the Compilation CD that they are producing which will be available for sale in digital formats.

I realize that I retain full ownership and copyrights to my included work and that this agreement acts only to allow the inclusion of my work in a limited capacity.

The right to Dubb Spot Records to produce the compilation CD that my work will appear, including my work on it, shall not be terminable.

I realize that I will be paid 50% of the profits that my song generates from digital sales after my sales have reached $50. Dubb Spot Records retains 50% for production cost and future compilation releases.

I realize that Dubb Spot Records will be collecting the digital payments on my behalf. If payments are due to me they will be mailed to me within 45 days of June 1st and Dec. 31st along with proof statement to document sales.

Payment shall be made out and sent to the name and address that I have provided. Checks will only be mailed for amounts greater or equal to $50.

If the $50 amount has not been reached during the period it will roll over into the next period.

Throughout the production of the CD it may be necessary for Dubb Spot Records to contact me from time to time. I understand that Dubb Spot Records will contact me through the email address that I have provided.

*An email will be sent from Dubb Spot Records. If we are interested, you will receive a contract via email, for signature, to be included in the compilation, per the details above. By signing or entering electronically, both parties agree to be bound by the terms of the document.
