Dubb Spot Media is available to take your multimedia ideas from conception, to completion, all done with the utmost in professionalism, and uncompromising quality. And, we feel that it doesn’t have to “break the bank” to make this all happen either. We have the tools, and the know-how, to record & edit Standard and High Definition video, as well as high quality digital photographs. We can also do tape-to-DVD transfers (audio & video tapes), as well as video data logging. We can do photo archiving, or create photo CDs, and photo gifts. We can also do video surveillance (day & night), media consulting, and much, much more. Corporate Video Production

Wedding Video

Our creative, and timeless wedding video services captures your day in ways beyond your expectations, and is artfully edited with your choice of music, titles, and menu options, giving you a personal DVD you will enjoy watching for years to come. We like to personally meet with our clients to discuss this special day with you, and get an idea of what you’re looking for us to capture for you.
All Packages require a $200 cash deposit, except for Package A, which only requires a $100 deposit, with the remainder to be paid in full at the time of delivery, and there will be a non-refundable $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee.

Performances

Dance Recitals, Ballet, Plays, Shows, Concerts, Band Practice, and more. All packages include local travel, camera set-up for a single location, wireless lapel mic (if needed), and 1 DVD. Because of the unpredictability of the filming environments in this category, we decided to break the packages down into two main categories – filming length, and editing type. Filming length is self-explanatory, but there are differences in the editing type. The Basic Editing option will include basic titles, basic transitions, and basic editing techniques (almost like just taking the video & putting on a disc). Although, it will still be a very professional looking video, just without all the flash that might distract the viewer from the video’s subject matter. The Advanced Editing option will include eye-catching, custom designed titles and transitions, unlimited creative and advanced editing techniques, and anything else we can throw in there to make the video stand out for our client.

We can also video a practice, or training session to help you, and your coach or trainer, evaluate your performance to achieve better results in any sporting event you’re passionate about, and take your game to the next level! This is the perfect training tool for golfers looking to evaluate their swing techniques. A $50 (cash) deposit is required at the time of booking, and there will be a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee.

Music Video

We offer affordable music video production for your next hit single! Prices start at $400, depending on the complexity of the video, the location, etc. Please see our Hourly and Day Rates, as well as our Extended Travel rates (if applicable) for additional pricing information, but we prefer that you contact us directly so we can schedule a meeting to discuss the details of your ideas for the video, and get a better assessment of what you’re looking to accomplish to find you the best rate possible.

Real Estate

A great way to “close that sale“, document the contents of your house for insurance purposes, an effective tool for home inspection, or document the “before & after” of a home remodel… just to give you a few ideas. A $50 (cash) deposit is required at the time of booking for all video Packages, and only a $20 deposit is required for the Photo Montage Package. There will be a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee, whatever Package or Montage you choose.

The Photo Montage Option does not include any video, but we can animate your images if you want, and create incredible motion titles or text that will surely impress your clients.

Note: Client will need to supply any company or personal logos, images, or designs they wish to use in the video or photo montage.

Dubb Spot Media does not lend out their equipment. If you’re a fellow videographer, or media developer, and need to hire us to operate our own equipment that you feel will assist you in the completion of your project, we’ve created the following Rate Tables.

Photo Montage

Need photos transferred to DVD? Need a photo slide-show for a presentation, event, or to give as a gift? We can organize your photos, edit them in need be, add some music, or transitions and make a beautiful photo montage on a DVD for you to play at a birthday party, anniversary, a wedding, or just so you can have your photos organized and preserved forever on a high quality DVD. Photos or a CD of images can be mailed to us from anywhere. We will produce the DVD and send it to you along with the originals.

How-To Get Started - First, we need all your photos. You can give them to us all pre-scanned on a CD (Walmart or CVS can do them for you) or for a modest fee, you can give us the hard copy of the photos, and we will scan and modestly edit the images for you. Please note that if you are going to hand us the photos as hard copies, you need to number them on the back with a pencil, not pen, or section them with rubber bands, and Post-Its, or whatever works for you in communicating to us what images you want us to use, and in what order. If you have them on a CD, make sure you name the photos in order or give us a list to us on paper, showing the order you want the photos on the video. We will also need you to tell us of background music that you would like to put with your photos. You can either provide us the music (we support many, if not all audio formats), or for a small fee, we can download the music from our library. Most of our clients give us, on average, 3 songs to choose from, and some only want a certain part of the song on a certain part of the photo montage… yes, we can do that for you too! It all depends on what you want on and how you want your photo montage to look.

DVD Length – We can make it as short or as long as you want (depending on content), including how long each image can be displayed. But as a default, we set the photos to be displayed for 5 seconds. So, as an example, if you give us 50 photos, the Montage will be, on average, about 2.5 – 3 minutes long. With 100 images, the Montage will be at least 5 minutes long. Transitions (dissolving from one photo to another) can shorten or lengthen the amount of time the photo is displayed, so keep that in mind. And, for a modest additional fee, we can also add short video clips from one of your videos to the photo montage if you want. The charge for this is based on the length of the video, it’s source (tape, file, etc.) and the amount of editing of your video that may be required to render it into the montage.

Completion Time – If you need your photo montage ASAP, we can do the Basic Package for you in as little as 48 hours. The other Packages require some creative input, so the time of completion varies from one project to the next. We strive to meet, or beat our time of completion estimates, as this is very important to us, and we know how important it is to you.

And, it’s only $3 per download to have us add music to your project from our extensive music library, or we can custom create background music for you.
