DSR: Welcome JC! Let the people know where you are from.

JC: “What’s going on people I’m from Chattanooga, Tn.”

DSR: What is the significance of your name?

JC: “At first there really wasn’t a meaning behind my name it was JC and that came from my initials then I ended up adding the Baby on to it which brought me my slogan to make my name pop a little more, and that’s where “It’s JcBaby Now Go Crazy” came from”

DSR: How old were you when you developed an interest in music?

JC: “I first developed an interest in music I want say when I was around the age 6 or 7 I stumbled across a CD with a song my Mom and uncle had did, and pretty much growing up where I’m from you do what you see and hear. With that being said from that day on I wanted to hear my voice on a CD ”

DSR: Have you learned any lessons so far and if so, what are they?

JC: “Honestly  I can say I have, and if you ask me it’s the most important lesson I took in through out my whole life. “If you want something done do it yourself.”

DSR: After reading your bio, it seems as if you stayed on a constant grind and was determined to get your music in front of everyone you could. Can you speak on how you managed to handle all of that?

JC: “Really I just made the negative outcomes my priorities and look at the positives as rewards from my hard work.”

DSR: Sometimes it can be hard trying to attract the type of attention you’d want to from your fan base. How would it feel to be putting out a lot of money and not seeing any of it come back in from failed promoting attempts?

JC: “Simple one word “Gamble” Just because you roll the dice don’t mean you’ll get a 7 or 11 but if you keep going at it none stop you’ll eventually get what your looking for.”

DSR: And with perseverance you managed to come through it all! Where can the people find you performing these days?

JC: “Where ever they want me to.”

DSR: How would you describe your sound to someone who has never heard it before?

JC: “I’m JcBaby. Ladies love me Fella’s appreciate me.”

DSR: Who is in charge of writing the songs? Where do you draw your inspiration from?

JC: “I write all of my music, and I wouldn’t call it inspiration more like how I feel because I just speak what’s on my mind at the moment.”

DSR: If you had to put yourself into a genre or create your own, what would it be called?

JC: “Something Else, Lol, because that’s what I am Something Else.”

DSR: Are you working on any projects at the moment?

JC: “With me being an Indie artist at the time I’m working on numerous project like my new single, mixtapes here and there and lots n lots of features.”

DSR: Where can we find your music? Online and offline?

JC: “Google me. JcBaby”

DSR: If you can change one thing about the music industry what would it be and why?

JC: “No comment”

DSR: What other talents do you possess?

JC: “I’m actually a good video editor. I also cook women love a man who can cook.”

DSR: We ask all the artists we interview, what’s the best piece of advice someone’s ever given to you?

JC: “Just because the tires go flat on a car that doesn’t mean it stops the car from rolling which means Never give up”
